Besides offering a traditional fee for service practice we also offer a new Concierge practice concept for the busy and discriminating businessman and woman. We are moving healthcare toward the 21st Century where services are patient centered, and access and prevention are of utmost importance.

History

The history of "Concierge Medicine" is rather brief being that it is a relatively new type/style of medicine. Originated around 1996, a Washington physician, serving as the doctor for the local professional team, realized that the retainer team fee could be a wonderful style of practice. In true pioneer style, the doctor started the first "Concierge" medical practice, and his concept (along with the appreciation of his patients) introduced a personal and compassionate type of medicine.

"The Rock Plus" was designed to offer patients a more flexible and convenient relationship with Dr. Orazi through convenient appointment options, unhurried physician consultations and personalized healthcare attention. "The Rock Plus" was designed to make the patient our priority.

Philosophy

Fostering therapeutic excellence as well as personal patient care, the "Concierge" or "Retainer Fee" medical practice is designed to re-establish the direct communication and interaction between the patient and the doctor, allowing the physician to be more accessible to his/her patients. With a commitment to integrated care for the whole person, the "Concierge" practice offers convenience, comfort, and efficiency for patients and the doctor.

"Concierge Medicine" practices are considered to be the new health care models that are redefining primary health care. Our mission is to provide accessible, competent, and comprehensive medical care in a friendly and professional environment with an emphasis on patient-oriented service and a focus on primary prevention.

You will be greeted by the Doctor upon your arrival at the office.

You will be guaranteed same day appointments with extended time up to 1 hour

You will have 24/7 access to the Doctor through his pager and cell phone

You can ask the Doctor to come to your home for a house call. In some circumstances  the Doctor will accompany you to appointments with specialists.

Emphasis is given to preventive care, weight loss, nutrition, wellness advice and programs.

You can request telephone and email consultations.

You will have an Executive annual Physical that will include CIMT and Stress Test
