We are conveniently located few blocks away from the "Plum Creek Pwy" exit off the I-25. Just two blocks South of Safeway on South Perry Street

From I-25 North: Take the Plum Creek Pkwy Exit 181. Turn left onto Plum Creek Pkwy. Turn right onto S. Perry Street. You will pass Safeway on the left; we are the second right turn after Safeway. We are located on the west building of Elk Crossing Business Center. Parking is available on all sides of the building. The Rock Internal Medicine is in Suite 220.

From I-25 South: Take Exit 181. Turn left on Wilcox then right onto Plum Creek Pkwy. Turn right on S. Perry Street. You will pass Safeway on the left; we are the second right turn after Safeway. We are located on the west building of Elk Crossing Business Center. Parking is available on all sides of the building. The Rock Internal Medicine is in Suite 220.

From Highway 86: Take Hwy 86 west to Perry Street. Turn left on to Perry Street and go 1.0 miles. You will pass Safeway on the left side of the street; we are the second right turn after Safeway. We are located on the west building of Elk Crossing Business Center. Parking is available on all sides of the building. The Rock Internal Medicine in suite 220.
